Privacy notice

Updated 2026-11-06. This notice covers the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

When you send a form we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, business name and message. For season alerts we collect your email and chosen state. We also collect anonymous usage analytics.

Why

To reply to you, keep listings accurate, send alerts you asked for, and understand which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

Our form processor (Formspree, United States) and analytics provider (Google) process data for us, which involves a transfer outside Malaysia and Singapore. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Form messages for 12 months. Alert subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Ask for access, correction or deletion at hello@thebestdurian.com.
